Providing change to the community 

Changing Hands Inc is to provide substantial resources that positively impact the community and all individuals served, so that we can invoke change and institute social and economical competence, where all persons served will better internally and externally within their community, by building self-esteem, social awareness, being able to identify and avoid high risk behaviors, develop soft skills, job readiness to be gainfully employed, obtain stable housing, and achieve academic excellence by being paired with trained staff who will work diligently with each individual to assist them in reaching their full potential.
